This policy covers the SaldoCraft website and the SaldoCraft app on web, iOS, and Android. It does not cover third-party services we don’t control.

- Budget data you provide: budgets, category groups, categories, accounts, transactions, and notes you create or import (for example, from a CSV).
- Device and usage data: basic technical data like IP address, device type, browser, and app version to keep the service reliable and secure.
- Support communications: information you share when you contact support.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your budget data for third-party advertising profiles.
- We do not run ads inside the app.
How we use your data
- To provide the app and core budgeting features.
- To sync your data across devices when you choose to use cloud sync.
- To send essential account and security notices.
- To respond to support requests.
- To maintain safety, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.
Manual and CSV-first workflows
SaldoCraft is designed to work well with manual entry and CSV imports. You decide what data to bring in and when.
Bank connections (when available)
If you choose to connect a read-only bank sync, a third-party provider handles the connection. We receive the transaction and balance data you authorize, but we do not receive or store your bank credentials.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic and improve the service. We aim to keep analytics minimal and avoid collecting sensitive financial data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run SaldoCraft (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics). We do not share or sell personal data for third-party marketing.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as you maintain an account or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time. Server logs are retained for a limited period.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and minimize exposure.
