These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SaldoCraft website and the SaldoCraft app on web, iOS, and Android (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the legal age to form a binding contract where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please keep your login credentials confidential and let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Email communications

After registration, we may email you about new app features and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time in the app’s Account Settings screen.

5. The Service and your data

SaldoCraft helps you plan and track your budget. You can enter data manually and import transactions by CSV. Some features may be added, changed, or removed over time to improve the Service.

6. Bank connections (when available)

If you choose to connect a read-only bank sync, a third-party provider handles the connection. We receive the transaction and balance data you authorize, but we do not receive or store your bank credentials. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

7. Paid plans and pricing

SaldoCraft may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. If we do, we will provide notice and explain any pricing or plan changes before they take effect.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not submit false information or abuse automated tools to access the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and content are owned by SaldoCraft or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

11. Feedback

If you share ideas or feedback, you give us permission to use them to improve SaldoCraft without any obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Service is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and you are responsible for your budgeting decisions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaldoCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
